Hey everyone I’m moving out earlier and looking for a new tenant for my room! Has to be an international student (proof of enrolment and financial means are necessary). Looking for someone clean and quiet. 610€ per month all inclusive (+ the deposit which is 2 months rent so 1200€) Prinsenlaan/Alexander area from May 1 until August 1 PLUS ‼️the extension for one more year is possible (so August 2025-August 2026). I have to move out earlier that’s why The room is 10m2, the apartment has shared kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. There are three more guys living here Super nice area, all the shops are literally downstairs plus Friday market! The house is quiet and clean! The registration is possible!
