The apartment is approximately 90 m2 with an open-space kitchen, living room, garden with a terrace, storage room, shower ,and bathroom. - KITCHENA large and fully equipped open-space kitchen (large fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water tap, etc.), and cozy living area with a spacious terrace and garden access. It also has some pans, pots, cutlery and dishes that we can share! - LIVING ROOM A large livingroom with a big table, bookshelves that you can use too, couch and a coffee table. - STORAGE ROOMA laundry and storage room. Is equipped with a washing machine, I also store the vaccum and mops there. You’ll be sharing the apartment with only one person, me, an art student doing my final year.Searching for someone friendly and clean, who will appreciate the peace this apartment has to offer just as much as I do.
