The building has bicycle shelter, gym with sauna, two laundry rooms, a rooftop terrace. It is close to Marconiplein metro, tram and bus station. There is a shopping center close by. You would pay 600€/m. It includes water, electricity, heating, and internet. A 500€ deposit is required.
