I look for someone tidy and careful, as I am subletting my personal space while away for a month. >> The rental period is from 8th Feb-8th March with no possibility of extension. << LOCATIONThis studio is located 7min from the metro station Coolhaven and 3min from Tram lijn 8.Enjoy a calm location, studio facing the inner block, with a lot of light, vegetation in sight. Around, you find Heemradsingel and Het Park within 10min- reach. STUDIOThe studio has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Building has washing machine and dryer facilities.Toilet is shared the floor-neighbour. You will receive the apartment cleaned and empty from personal belongings and is expected to leave as received.
