We are a young couple living in Rotterdam and we are going abroad for work! Therefore we are renting temporarily our beautiful newly renovated and super centrally located apartment in Rotterdam West around 6 months from end December 2024 until end June 2025 (flexible, but preferred the full stay). It might be also possible to rent it later to the same person from Oct. 2025 to December 2025. - Spacious 1 bedroom apartment - Located very central in the popular Middellandplein / West neighbourhood (5min to central station and next to tram & bus)- Fully renovated in 2021- South oriented, very bright and warm- High ceilings and high quality finishings- Fully furnished with modern electronics and 55 inch 4k TV (incl. 2 separate home office set-ups)- Large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine in separate room- Glasfiber high-speed Internet connection- Expenses are excl. to the price and include monthly cleaning, electricity+gas, water and internet- Perfect for single professional, international master students or couple - NO kids, pets or smokers allowed!As it will be fully furnished with our things, we are hoping to find a person or couple that can take very good care of it and will love it as much as we do. Ideally someone working or studying that is looking for something short-term and that enjoys the perks of living in the lively centre of Rotterdam :)
